Strategy Project Analyst
***Remote role - expectation of 1 day p/w in London***
Becksford Group have partnered exclusively with a FTSE listed, global entertainment business to appoint two Strategy Analysts within a brand-new Strategy Analytics team (6 person to start).
Both Strategy Analysts will focus on the delivery and execution of strategic projects within the business’ AI transformation programme – adopting AI to better understand B2C customer behaviour to drive growth (x2-x3 revenue growth in the next 5 years).
The Role:
The Strategy Analyst(s) will play a leading role in the business’ Global AI Transformation Programme. As part of the Analytics Strategy team, your key responsibilities will be:
- To establish and own a pipeline of key strategic questions/projects, prioritising the highest value opportunities and actions in line with the global AI agenda
- Manage end-to-end business cases interfacing with global leaders in a complex matrix structure (multiple brands, multiple geographies)
- Create narratives from your research, data, and insights to effectively communicate actionable recommendations to the senior leadership team(s)
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Group Analytics function as it scales
- Management of cross-functional project teams
- Opportunity to take a lead role within the Projects team and manage others as the team continues to scale
The Person:
The successful Strategy Project Analyst must have a proven track record influencing AI transformation. We’re really looking for someone with the ability to help shape a world class function, likely to be moving either from consultancy or an in-house strategy team.
The key criteria to be a success in this role:
- 3 years+ consultancy or strategy analytics experience
- Experience working with data driven projects in digital/ecommerce
- Ability to bridge advanced analytics with commercial decision makers – taking complex data and communicating this clearly and concisely to a wide audience
- Experience with Excel, ideally SQL and other visualisation tools
- Passionate about a long-term career in a world-class data and analytics function

The Salary:
£60,000 - £85,000 + 30% Bonus (paid out 25-40% last 3 years) + Excellent Benefits
