Strategy Project Analyst

***Remote role - expectation of 1 day p/w in London***

Becksford Group have partnered exclusively with a FTSE listed, global entertainment business to appoint two Strategy Analysts within a brand-new Strategy Analytics team (6 person to start).

Both Strategy Analysts will focus on the delivery and execution of strategic projects within the business’ AI transformation programme – adopting AI to better understand B2C customer behaviour to drive growth (x2-x3 revenue growth in the next 5 years).

The Role:

The Strategy Analyst(s) will play a leading role in the business’ Global AI Transformation Programme. As part of the Analytics Strategy team, your key responsibilities will be:

-        To establish and own a pipeline of key strategic questions/projects, prioritising the highest value opportunities and actions in line with the global AI agenda

-        Manage end-to-end business cases interfacing with global leaders in a complex matrix structure (multiple brands, multiple geographies)

-        Create narratives from your research, data, and insights to effectively communicate actionable recommendations to the senior leadership team(s)

-        Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Group Analytics function as it scales

-        Management of cross-functional project teams

-        Opportunity to take a lead role within the Projects team and manage others as the team continues to scale

The Person:

The successful Strategy Project Analyst must have a proven track record influencing AI transformation. We’re really looking for someone with the ability to help shape a world class function, likely to be moving either from consultancy or an in-house strategy team.

The key criteria to be a success in this role:

-        3 years+ consultancy or strategy analytics experience

-        Experience working with data driven projects in digital/ecommerce

-        Ability to bridge advanced analytics with commercial decision makers – taking complex data and communicating this clearly and concisely to a wide audience

-        Experience with Excel, ideally SQL and other visualisation tools

-        Passionate about a long-term career in a world-class data and analytics function

The Business:

A FTSE listed, global entertainment business who has achieved double digit growth in the last 5 years and has the ambition to double revenue in the next 5 years (not many FTSEs can say that). A huge part of this growth acceleration will be driven by further investment in data, strategy, and analytics.

A modern, delivery-first culture that promotes remote working. Can be based anywhere in the UK.

The Salary:

£60,000 - £85,000 + 30% Bonus (paid out 25-40% last 3 years) + Excellent Benefits
