Becksford Group have partnered exclusively with a growing, central London based consultancy with a pioneering SaaS product to develop their sales function, hiring 5 Sales Executives in the next 3 months to continue developing their target markets, with Private Equity, Investment Houses and Healthcare the top priority.

The Role:

The Sales Executive(s) will become the Subject Matter Experts for their market and should have a good grounding and connections in a relevant sector already. You will be tasked with acquiring new clients and capitalising on the current book of business. Whilst there is an element of Account Management, my client is looking for sales professionals with a ‘hunter’ mentality who are very comfortable developing new business.


Responsibilities include:

Identifying new sales opportunities as a result of market changes and current news
§ Managing and developing relationships at Board level

§ Managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to close

§ Working with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns specific to your target market

Supporting the ongoing development of the unique SaaS platform, continually offering ideas to help guide the product to become more data led and UX friendly


The Person:

The successful Sales Executives must have prior experience in one of the sectors outlined and must be able to demonstrate selling at Board level. Due to the nature of the product, your application will not be considered unless you can demonstrate successful sales to a very senior audience, think CEOs, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), Chair of Board.



In addition, we are expecting candidates to meet the following criteria:



Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales role. Candidates from Executive Search or Headhunting background are highly regarded
§ Proven track record selling into the Private Equity, Investment, Healthcare/Pharma or Government markets

§ Proven ability to communicate, pitch and influence executive and c-suite level professionals

Undergraduate degree from top University (preferred)

The Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 + Commission

OTE Yr 1 £80,000

OTE Yr 3 £125,000
